A two-day CQI IRCA certified (18041) Training Course –  This two-day course will provide delegates who have completed previous Auditor training courses in Quality Management Systems with the skills, knowledge and expertise needed to understand and audit against, the new standard framework Annex SL in ISO 9001:2015.

It is ideally suited for existing ISO 9001:2008 Internal and Lead Auditors who want to understand the changes in the new standard and the skills needed to audit against ISO 9001:2015 based QMS requirements.

All CQI IRCA certified QMS auditors must successfully complete an CQI IRCA certified QMS Auditor transition course before 1 September 2018 in order to maintain their CQI IRCA QMS Auditor registration.

The universal Quality Management standard, ISO 9001 has been implemented by over one million organisations in 175 countries.  ISO 9001:2015 provides industry with a useful model for business process improvement.

The changes contained within ISO 9001:2015 can be broadly classified into those which have arisen from using Annex SL as a foundation for the standard, and those relating to changes to standard specific requirements.

Annex SL was developed as a generic framework for management system standards (MSSs) to ensure that all future MSSs have the same look and feel by using common terms and definitions and identical core text and language.

As ISO 9001:2015 is now adopting this relatively new framework, it is expected to have a profound effect on organisations implementing the standard and those auditing against the requirements of the standard. Bearing this in mind, auditors will need to ensure they are prepared for this.
