I really enjoyed the Mastering Difficult Conversations course, it was a great two days overall. The format worked really well, and it was nice having some time between the sessions to reflect on what we had learned. Gina was a really great facilitator, she was really knowledgeable and she kept everyone engaged the whole time. She created a really open and comfortable environment, which made it easy to get involved and take part in discussions. I found the content really practical and relevant, especially around handling tricky conversations and building confidence in those situations. It’s definitely something I can see myself applying in day-to-day work as well as in my personal life. I’d highly recommend this course to others, it is definitely worth attending.

The course was very good and easy to follow. I really liked doing the video presentation and getting feedback off the tutors. The tutors explained any questions in a very concise and professional manner and are really nice to deal with. The course has given me great ideas to put into practice in my workplace.

Course was funny and insightful. Easy to follow. A lot of references and self reflection. Gina was was open, great lead, kind and left enough time for discussions. Nice that there was very little of sitting down and watching slides.
